Job Description

Short Summary: This position is a Sales role focused on semiconductors and electronic devices for home appliances and industrial use. The Sales Staff will be responsible for developing new customers and supporting existing customers, mainly Japanese and local companies in Thailand. Products include semiconductors, transformers, display modules, thermal solution products, drive parts, and power supplies. The job involves finding customers who have problems with parts supply and proposing suitable solutions. Most customers are located in Bangkok and nearby industrial areas. During the first few months, the candidate will mainly learn products and business flow with support from the team. No individual sales target is set; the focus is on total company sales and long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: ・Sales of semiconductors and electronic components ・Visit new and existing customers ・Find new customers through introductions, exhibitions, and internet research ・Search for new suppliers, including China and Thailand ・Prepare quotations and proposals using Excel ・Coordinate with Japan HQ and internal sales assistant ・Follow up with customers after sales ・Support customers who have problems with parts supply

Requirement

MUST ・Nationality, Gender, Age: Thai nationality, female preferred, 30–35 years old ・Education: Bachelor Degree (any field) ・Japanese skill: Around N3 level, able to communicate (certificate not required) ・English skill: Basic conversation level ・Sales experience is required ・Must have a valid driver license ・Must own a car ・Basic PC skills are required (Excel is mandatory) ・Candidates with few job changes are preferred Advantage ・Experience with semiconductors or electronic components ・Experience dealing with Japanese customers ・Experience at a Japanese electronic parts trading company is preferred
