  Short Summary: - This position is a Senior Coordinator in the Sales Department for a Japanese automotive parts company. The role acts as a key contact point between customers, Japan Headquarters, and group companies in Asia. The Senior Coordinator will manage sales-related activities such as quotations, price negotiation, order control, and coordination with production sites. The position requires close communication with automobile manufacturers and Tier-1 suppliers while ensuring smooth daily operations related to sales, quality, and delivery. The role also supports sales planning, data analysis, and reporting for regional management. This position is suitable for a candidate with strong coordination skills, automotive industry experience, and motivation to grow into a managerial role in the future. Key Responsibilities: - Act as main contact for automobile makers and Tier-1 suppliers - Handle sales, operations, and quality-related coordination - Prepare product proposals, quotations, and pricing negotiations - Manage orders and monitor production and delivery status - Coordinate with Japan HQ and Vietnam factory - Support sales budget planning and sales analysis -- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports - Join overseas business trips when required Organizational Structure: - The Sales Department consists of several sales and coordination staff working closely with local management and Japan Headquarters. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager and works in cooperation with sales staff, quality teams, and production-related departments. The role also communicates regularly with Japan HQ and overseas factories, especially the Vietnam plant. The Senior Coordinator is expected to act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth information flow and execution. Over time, based on performance, this role is expected to develop leadership skills and take on more responsibility, with the potential to be promoted to a Manager position within the local subsidiary.
