Job Description

*Summary As the Number 2 in the Casting Department, this role is responsible for overseeing the entire production floor and administrative management. *Job detail and tasks -Production & Operations Management: -On-site management of casting lines (both Iron and Copper). -Overseeing overall production processes and maintenance. -Manpower allocation and staff scheduling. -Quality & Budget Control: -Quality control management. -Budget management (preparing draft budgets and coordinating final versions with the supervisor). Organizational Leadership: -Managing nearly 60 subordinates (local staff and operators). -Audit & ISO Compliance: -Handling external audits (mainly ISO 9001 and 45001; upcoming plans for 14001). -Preparation of audit-related documentation.

Requirement

■ Mandatory Skills & Experience (Must) Casting Experience: 5+ years of practical experience. Experience with Iron, Steel, or Zinc is acceptable. Note: Candidates with only Die-Casting experience are not eligible due to the difference in molding methods *They need candidates who has experience with Sand Casting ISO Knowledge: A basic understanding of ISO standards (9001/45001) as expected of a manufacturing manager. Management: Experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment. ■ Preferred Skills & Experience (Want) Language: Japanese proficiency is highly welcomed. English is not mandatory as communication can be handled via an interpreter. Able to work from Beginning of February will be highly preferred to handover tasks.
