    Short Summary: - The HRA Supervisor is responsible for managing human resources and administrative functions of the company. This position handles recruitment, training, payroll, and employee benefits. The role also manages HR documents, ensures company rules and regulations are followed, and supports smooth coordination between departments. The HRA Supervisor provides guidance on administrative work and supports daily HR operations. This position requires good organization skills, responsibility, and the ability to communicate well with employees and management. Key Responsibilities: - Handle recruitment and hiring process - Manage training and staff development activities - Take care of payroll and employee benefits - Manage and update HR and administrative documents - Ensure HR records are accurate and up to date - Coordinate with other departments on company rules and policies - Manage and provide guidance on administrative work - Perform other tasks assigned by management Organizational Structure: The HRA Supervisor works in the Human Resources and Administration Department and reports directly to the Factory Manager or Management. The position coordinates with department heads and staff from all sections to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed. The HRA Supervisor may supervise HR or admin staff and supports daily operations related to people management, documentation, and internal coordination. Clear communication and good management skills are important for this role.

    MUST - Nationality : Thai, Male/Female, 25 years old and above - Education: Bachelor Degree (Social Science or related field) - English skill : English communication upper intermediate level - Has experience in B plus software Experiences: - At least 2 years experience as HR Supervisor - Experience in recruitment, training, payroll, and benefits Advantage - Experience working in manufacturing company
