  Short Summary: - The Sales Officer (Chinese Speaking) is responsible for managing sales activities and building strong relationships with customers. This position works closely with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and achieve company goals. The role focuses on finding new customers, taking care of existing customers, and acting as a key contact between the company and clients. The Sales Officer will present product information, support customer decision-making, and ensure smooth sales processes. This position also requires handling sales reports, sales forecasts, and payment follow-ups. Chinese communication skills are important to support international customers. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with supervisor to set and achieve sales targets - Find new target customers with supervisor approval - Act as a coordinator between the company and customers - Maintain good relationships with existing customers - Present product and service information to customers - Prepare sales reports and weekly sales closing reports - Issue invoices and collect cheques - Control product quantity according to sales targets - Follow up outstanding payments to reduce company risk - Submit monthly sales forecast to planning and purchasing teams - Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor Organizational Structure: The Sales Officer will work in the Sales Department and report directly to the Sales Manager. The team consists of sales staff who handle different customer groups and markets. The Sales Manager provides sales direction, target setting, and performance evaluation. The Sales Officer will also coordinate with internal departments such as Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. This role requires teamwork, clear communication, and responsibility for assigned customers.
