Job Description

- Manage overall store operations for the hamburger steak restaurant - Create and manage staff shift schedules - Train, supervise, and evaluate store staff - Ensure smooth daily operations and service quality - Handle basic inventory control and operational reporting - Support hands-on operations during peak hours - Prepare for future store openings as a potential store manager for new locations

Requirement

【Must】 - Japanese language ability at N3 level or above (N2 preferred) - Experience as a restaurant store manager or Management experience in a large scale(not cafe but should be a restaurant) - Need to go China for training 1 month in Feb 【Welcome】 - Working in a Japanese restaurant
