  Short Summary: - The Finance Manager is responsible for managing all accounting and finance functions of the company. This role supports the smooth setup and operation of the business in Thailand. The Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, tax, and compliance with Thai regulations. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and deep understanding of financial operations in Thailand. The Finance Manager will work closely with management to support business decisions, control costs, and ensure accurate financial information. This role is suitable for a senior finance professional with solid experience in manufacturing or industrial companies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage accounting and finance operations - Prepare financial statements and management reports - Control cost, fixed assets, and budgeting - Handle tax, BOI, and statutory requirements - Ensure compliance with Thailand accounting standards - Support company setup and internal control systems - Coordinate with auditors and external parties Organizational Structure: - The Finance Manager will lead the accounting and finance function of the company. This role typically manages a small finance and accounting team, including accounting staff responsible for daily transactions, reporting, and documentation. The Finance Manager reports directly to senior management or the Managing Director. Close coordination with other departments such as production, purchasing, and HR is required to ensure smooth business operations. The Finance Manager also works with external auditors, tax consultants, and government offices.
