  Short Summary: This position is responsible for specification (spec-in) sales activities for metal building materials such as steel doors and rolling shutters. The main role is to promote SUN METAL products to architects, design firms, consultants, and building owners, so that the company’s products are specified in construction drawings before bidding starts. You will work closely with project sales teams and internal departments to prepare product information, technical documents, and promotional materials. This role requires strong communication skills, good presentation ability, and solid knowledge of construction-related building materials. English communication is essential as you will communicate with Japanese management. Key Responsibilities: ・Visit architects, consultants, designers, and building owners ・Promote and explain this company's products for specification use ・Encourage customers to include this company's products in drawings ・Prepare product documents, proposals, and presentation materials ・Support overall sales activities and KPI management ・Coordinate with internal sales and operation teams ・Handle other tasks related to sales activities
