  Short Summary - The Sales Engineer is responsible for finding new customers and achieving sales targets for rental and sale of construction and event equipment. This role focuses on industrial customers and requires both office work and visiting customer sites. The Sales Engineer will use engineering knowledge to recommend suitable equipment such as forklifts, lifting machines, generators, and temporary structures. The job includes customer consultation, sales negotiation, and coordination with internal teams. This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy sales, meeting new people, and working outside the office. Flexibility, responsibility, and good communication skills are important for success in this role. Key Responsibilities - Find new customers, especially industrial clients - Contact customers by phone and visit customers to present rental services - Achieve sales targets as assigned - Recommend suitable rental equipment using engineering knowledge - Understand customer site requirements and propose safe, cost-effective solutions - Handle rental and sales process smoothly - Coordinate with internal teams for delivery and service support - Travel to customer sites and upcountry when required Organizational Structure - The Sales Engineer will work as part of the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Manager. The team consists of several sales staff responsible for different customer groups and industries. The Sales Engineer will closely work with engineering and operations teams to ensure correct equipment selection, safety, and customer satisfaction. Support from administration and service teams will be provided for documents, rental contracts, and after-sales service. This role requires teamwork, but also the ability to manage individual sales targets and customer relationships independently.
