Job Description

You will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models and shop drawings for electrical and equipment layout inside a large data center. The main structure is already built, so your role focuses on internal equipment and system installation layouts. This includes MEP modeling, coordination with engineers, and preparing As-Built Drawings. You will work closely with the design leader from the client side and another BIM team member on-site. This role requires strong technical skill and readiness to work independently without a long training period. Key Responsibilities: - Create and update MEP BIM models using Revit or similar software - Prepare shop drawings based on construction site conditions - Adjust and revise models as per installation progress - Coordinate with engineers and designers to meet project needs - Create As-Built Drawings after installation is complete - Follow instructions from the main contractor’s design leader - Work as part of a 2-person team handling the BIM tasks for this project

Requirement

MUST： - Thai nationality, Any gender, Age around 30–40 - Bachelor Degree (any field) - Experience in MEP design/layout using 3D CAD or BIM (Revit or similar) - Experience in interior facility design of data centers (e.g., electrical systems, piping, equipment layout) * Must have own transportation (no company shuttle) Advantage： - Able to start work immediately
