Job Description
Short Summary This position is responsible for supervising daily production control activities in the factory. The role includes planning and adjusting daily shipment schedules, coordinating with customers, and requesting production quantities from the production team. You will work closely with Japanese managers and support continuous improvement of layout, logistics, and delivery flow inside the factory. The job requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle large production volumes, and confidence in working with numbers. The Supervisor will also help guide team members, coordinate tasks, and ensure that all production plans meet customer requirements. This role is important for achieving smooth production, on-time delivery, and overall factory efficiency. Key Responsibilities ・Plan daily shipment schedules ・Adjust production plans according to customer needs ・Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and quantity changes ・Request production quantities from production department ・Monitor progress and solve daily production issues ・Improve factory layout, logistics routes, and warehouse flow ・Support delivery and transportation planning ・Work with Japanese managers for reporting and coordination ・Supervise team members and support task assignment

Requirement
MUST: ・Nationality, Gender, Age: Thai / Male or Female / Age 30–40s ・Education: High School or higher ・English/Japanese Skill: Not specified ・Production control experience ・Able to coordinate with customers ・Able to manage schedules ・Experience handling large quantities (e.g., 4 million pcs/month) ・Candidates around 30 years old, up to three job changes are acceptable; for those around 40 years old, up to six job changes are acceptable. ・experienced in supervisor or assistant supervisor Advantage: ・Experience handling high-volume production ・Experience in similar manufacturing industry
