    Short Summary - The Executive Secretary (Assistant to CEO) will provide full administrative and secretarial support to the CEO. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to handle sensitive and urgent matters with care. The position involves managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, supporting communication between departments, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate must be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Japanese language at JLPT N2 level is required to support communication with Japanese executives and partners. The role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and supporting high-level decision-making within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the CEO - Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings -- Coordinate appointments and internal/external communication - Handle urgent and time-sensitive tasks efficiently - Act as liaison between CEO and other departments or stakeholders - Prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials - Support business communication in English and Japanese - Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO Organizational Structure The Executive Secretary will work directly under the CEO and act as the primary support role for top-level management. The position is part of the Business Development Department but interacts across various departments within the organization. The CEO relies on this position for scheduling, communication management, and coordination with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders. The Executive Secretary works independently but collaborates with administrative staff and department managers when needed. The role requires high responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism in supporting executive operations.

    MUST: - Thai Nationality, Female / Age 28–35 - Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher - English Skill / Japanese Skill: Good English communication & JLPT N2 - Experiences: 5–10 years as executive secretary at CEO level Advantage: - Experience working in a Japanese company
