    Short Summary: The HR Supervisor will manage full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, welfare, and employee relations. This role also handles HR administrative tasks, HR system management, monthly reporting, and coordination with internal and external parties. The person must supervise a team, support company processes, and ensure HR activities follow Thai labor laws. The role requires good communication, strong leadership, and the ability to work under pressure. Visa and work permit tasks are also included. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment and hiring processes - Conduct new employee onboarding - Manage employee welfare and benefits - Handle HR documents, contracts, and filing - Support purchasing tasks related to administration - Manage HR systems (time attendance, leave, salary certificates, etc.) - Build positive employee relations - Coordinate with internal and external departments - Prepare monthly HR reports for management - Handle Visa & Work Permit processes - Perform other assigned tasks - Organizational Structure: The HR Supervisor will directly report to the Thai HR Manager. The team consists of 3 staff members who will be under the supervision of this position. The company’s HR department supports overall HR operations including recruitment, welfare, employee relations, and compliance. The HR Supervisor will act as a key leader to guide the team, provide advice to employees, and ensure smooth daily HR activities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    MUST: - Thai nationality, Female Age 35–40 - Education: Bachelor Degree (Human Resource Management, Management, or related field) - English Skill: Good communication level (Upper intermediate level) - Experience: At least 5 years in HR and at least 3 years in a supervisory role - Other: Strong knowledge of labor law, welfare, social security, insurance, provident fund, tax; strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP) Advantage: - Experience working with Japanese companies
