• Job Description

  We are seeking a QA Supervisor who will lead a team of QA staffs and manage all factory quality assurance operations. The position offers career advancement to Factory Manager for candidates with strong production and leadership experience. The QA Supervisor is responsible for ISO system management, supplier quality control, and internal improvement activities. For those qualified, responsibilities may extend to production and warehouse management as Factory Manager. Key Responsibilities: - Manage ISO9001-based quality management system - Monitor and improve quality of 20–30 suppliers - Conduct internal audits and support external ISO audits - Control inspection processes for incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials - Maintain and update QA documentation (manuals, procedures) - Calibrate measuring equipment - Investigate quality issues and provide solutions - Handle customer complaints and generate reports - Conduct supplier audits and improvement support - Analyze quality data and trends for improvement - Lead and manage 8 QA team members
