  Short Summary: The Sales Assistant Manager will handle sales of plastic resins and related chemical products mainly for Japanese automotive manufacturers in Thailand. The role focuses on managing existing customers, expanding new accounts, and executing sales strategies. The position requires close coordination with suppliers and clients, negotiation, and support for project activities. The candidate should have strong sales experience in the chemicals or trading industry and be able to lead a small team to meet sales targets. Good communication skills in English and Thai are important for daily business operations. The Assistant Manager is expected to guide junior staff, share market information, and ensure smooth communication with both Japanese and Thai management.
