  Short Summary: The Quality Control Manager is responsible for improving product quality, reducing defects, and ensuring stable and consistent quality across all production processes. This position requires hands-on experience in automotive parts QC, strong understanding of IATF, and the ability to manage a large QC team. The role includes handling customer claims, explaining product specifications, conducting sample exchange activities, analyzing QC data, and reviewing drawings. The manager will work closely with production teams, engineers, Japanese management, and customers to ensure all quality standards are met. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, leadership capability, and clear communication in both Japanese and English. Key Responsibilities: ・Manage all QC processes from incoming to final inspection ・Improve quality standards and reduce defect and claim rates ・Lead customer claim handling and provide corrective action reports ・Explain product specifications to internal teams and customers ・Manage sample approval and sample exchange activities ・Analyze quality data and prepare QC performance reports ・Read and interpret technical drawings ・Supervise and develop a 20-person QC team and 10 office staff ・Cooperate closely with Japanese engineers and local production teams ・Ensure compliance with IATF standards
