• Job Description

  As a General Practitioner (GP) in Sriracha branch, you will provide primary medical care to Japanese employees living in Thailand and their families, who make up the main patient group. You will offer care for patients of all ages—from children to the elderly—conduct initial diagnoses, perform health check-ups, and clearly explain medical results. You will also coordinate with specialized medical institutions for severe or complex cases, support clinic operations during the opening phase, and communicate with staff and patients in English. As the clinic has dedicated interpreters, Japanese language skills are not required for this position. The role requires strong clinical expertise as well as the ability to contribute to the clinic’s growth and workflow improvement. Key Responsibilities: ・Provide general medical consultations and primary care for Japanese employees and their families ・Conduct health check-ups, evaluations, and explain results clearly to patients ・Identify cases requiring specialist care and make appropriate referrals ・Collaborate with regional medical institutions and prepare referral letters ・Assist in developing clinic workflows and operational procedures during the opening phase ・Work closely with nurses and reception staff to promote effective team-based care ・Communicate clearly with patients and staff in English or Thai (Japanese interpretation is provided) ・Prepare medical reports, insurance documents, and other required documentation ・Support clinic operations and propose improvements as the clinic grows
