• Job Description

  This position is a Medical Interpreter at a Japanese-supported clinic in Bangkok. The main role is to support communication between Thai medical staff, Japanese patients, and doctors. You will interpret Japanese–Thai during medical consultations, handle phone calls, assist with reception tasks, and support online medical services. The job also includes basic administrative work such as replying to LINE messages and simple data entry. No medical knowledge is required, as training will be provided for one month after joining. This role is suitable for someone who can speak Japanese, enjoys helping people, and has good communication skills. You will work closely with the medical operations team inside the clinic and support smooth and friendly patient services every day. Key Responsibilities: ・Provide Japanese–Thai interpretation during medical consultations ・Handle phone calls, appointment bookings, and reception tasks ・Support online medical consultations and communication via LINE ・Assist Japanese patients with instructions, forms, and general guidance ・Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and medical staff ・Provide simple translation (Thai ⇄ Japanese) when needed ・Support daily clinic operations and customer service ・Perform basic PC tasks and simple data entry ・Communicate politely and clearly with patients and staff
