  This is a supervisor-level position in the Maintenance Department. The main role is to manage the schedule and planning for equipment maintenance, especially preventive maintenance. You will not be required to do hands-on maintenance work, but you must understand the equipment, such as press and welding machines. The focus is on managing schedules, spare parts inventory, and team members to ensure smooth operation of the production line. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules - Monitor and control spare parts inventory - Coordinate with team members to ensure equipment is ready on time - Analyze equipment conditions and plan repairs before breakdown - Report to Japanese GM or Japanese supervisor - Lead and give instructions to maintenance staff
