Job Description
This is a Sales position to support Japanese customers in finding housing in Bangkok. You will handle everything from suggesting properties to accompanying viewings and supporting contracts. The job starts from incoming inquiries — no need to search for customers. The role suits someone who is good at building trust and offering kind, careful service. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to inquiries from mainly Japanese expats - Hear and understand customer needs - Prepare property lists and make suggestions - Go with customers to view 2–3 properties per day - Negotiate, prepare contracts, and report deals

Requirement
MUST: - Any gender, Age 22–39 - Education: Bachelor Degree (any field) - English: Intermediate (for internal communication) - Japanese: Business level, be able to communicate with Japanese customers and read/write email - At least 1 years experience in sales or customer service in Japanese company * Driver License: No need Advantage: - Interested in real estate industry (no need experience)
