Job Description
- Lead and manage project team(s) as a team leader under the instruction and supervision of SOLIZE Japan engineering team. - Give a proper guidance to the project team members for task implementation. - Help and support the development of project team members.

Requirement
<MUST> - Any Gender / Age: 35-45 years old is preferrable - Bachelor's degree or Higher in field of Engineering especially Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Material Engineering, Automotive Design Engineering or related field. - English: Business Level - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using CATIA. 10 years or more is highly preferred. - Must have solid experience in automotive research and development. Deep understanding of car components and their placement is essential. - Japanese: Must be able to communicate in Japanese at N3 level or higher. <BETTER> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role requires frequent interaction with both clients and internal teams.
