Job Description

This is a new position for an IT Officer to manage internal IT operations and lead cybersecurity efforts. The role includes maintaining business systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, managing the company’s network and PC environment, and supporting all departments with IT-related issues. The person will work closely with the Japanese Managing Director and US staff, and coordinate with the Singapore HQ on technical matters. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain internal IT systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) - Provide helpdesk support to internal users (sales, marketing, accounting) - Handle hardware/software setup and troubleshooting - Maintain PC and network environments - Implement cybersecurity practices and communicate with HQ (Japan/Singapore) - Support new system/tool proposals and implementations

Requirement

MUST: - Nationality: Thai or Foreigner - Gender: Male preferred - Age: 30-45 years old - Education: Bachelor Degree (IT field) - English Skill: Basic communication in English (must communicate with US manager) - Experience: 3+ year in in-house IT or IT system management - Knowledge of Microsoft products (especially Dynamics, Office365) - Basic understanding of cybersecurity Advantage: - Experience using Salesforce or other CRM/ERP systems - Experience working in an international company - Strong interest in learning new technologies
