  Short Summary: The Production Manager will manage and control all production activities in the Rayong factory. This position is responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining quality and safety standards, and leading a team of approximately 30 people. The role requires experience in factory setup, production planning, and communication with the Japanese head office. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and control all production activities - Manage production timelines and priorities to achieve factory goals - Ensure product quality meets customer requirements - Maintain safety, environment, and production standards - Supervise and train production staff to follow quality systems - Lead ISO9001 activities and quality improvement projects - Coordinate with other departments and report to Japanese management Organizational Structure: The Production Manager reports directly to the Japanese General Manager. Around 30 production staff report to this position, including production supervisors and operators. The manager will cooperate with departments such as Quality Control, Maintenance, and Engineering to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
