• Job Description

  You will work in the Sales Department handling chemical products such as water treatment chemicals and reagents. Main tasks include supporting existing clients, developing new clients, and learning about new products through regular training. You will coordinate with manufacturers and deliver professional proposals. You will visit factories and industrial sites, so chemical or wastewater-related knowledge is required. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and support existing clients (quotations, product inquiries, order processing, complaints) - Visit customers (mainly Japanese manufacturing companies) - Develop new clients or reactivate inactive accounts - Join online training sessions by suppliers to learn about new chemical products - Conduct simple marketing and sales promotion activities - Use your own car for customer visits (company provides gasoline card and car allowance) Organizational Structure: You will report to a Thai Sales Manager or a Japanese Sales Director. The sales team is divided into different groups based on product categories and client types. You will join either the reagents team or water treatment team depending on your background. Career progression is based on performance, and high performers can be promoted to managerial positions.
