• Job Description

  We are seeking a Project Site Manager who will lead on-site construction management for IoT and MEP installation projects. This role focuses on quality control, documentation, and compliance, rather than direct physical work. You will coordinate with subcontractors (SIers, construction companies) to ensure all work meets Aeterlink’s standards and Thai regulations. You will also collaborate closely with the Senior Civil Engineer (technical/design side) and Senior Project Manager (overall project control) to deliver high-quality, safe, and efficient site operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, review, and improve construction management and inspection documents required by clients. - Supervise and give instructions to subcontractor foremen regarding documentation, quality, and safety. - Conduct on-site quality and safety checks, and monitor work progress. - Review inspection and handover reports; ensure all as-built drawings and documentation are properly submitted. - Support the handover process to clients after project completion. - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (mainly SIers and subcontractors) to ensure smooth on-site operations. - Report progress and issues to the Senior Project Manager or Senior Civil Engineer when necessary.
