  　- Short Summary: - As a Production Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage the production engineering section in an electronics or automotive manufacturing environment. You will set KPI targets, control the section budget, and supervise team members at different levels. This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to improve productivity, quality, and cost control. You will work closely with other departments to support new model introduction and production improvement. The position also focuses on safety management and compliance with company rules and social standards. This is a key management role for factory operations in Amata City Chonburi. Key Responsibilities: - Set KPI goals and manage performance of the production engineering section - Control department budget and manage manufacturing cost - Manage, train, and develop section staff - Support new model introduction and production improvement - Solve production and technical problems - Control and improve manufacturing process and equipment - Cooperate with other departments for smooth operation - Ensure employee safety and compliance with company regulations - Report and communicate with management Organizational Structure: - This position is a section manager level in the factory. You will manage a team of production engineering staff and technicians. The team includes engineers and operators who support manufacturing processes and equipment. You will report directly to senior factory management or the plant manager. You will work closely with other departments such as Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Planning. As a manager, you are responsible for team performance, staff development, KPI achievement, and cost control. Strong leadership and coordination skills are required to manage cross-functional teamwork.
