    Short summary: We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager (Freight Forwarding) to lead our sales team in Bangkok. This position is responsible for setting sales goals, managing and supporting sales staff, and ensuring business growth. You will develop sales strategies, build strong relationships with customers, and monitor sales performance. The role also requires hands-on involvement in key customer negotiations and new business development. We are looking for a leader with strong sales experience in logistics, good English skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sales team to achieve company sales targets - Set sales goals and annual sales plans - Visit existing and new customers (hunter role for new business) - Develop, evaluate, and maintain customer potential - Monitor and report sales activities, profit, and customer base - Cooperate with overseas agents and partners - Handle customer complaints and provide solutions - Create and present quotations and proposals - Collect market data and support new logistics services - Train, guide, and support sales team performance - Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service - Prepare sales reports for management - Perform other management tasks as assigned Organizational Structure: The Sales Manager reports directly to top management and leads a team of Sales Executives. The role works closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to deliver high-quality logistics solutions. The Sales Manager is expected to act as both a team leader and a key account manager, ensuring strategic growth and smooth coordination with local and overseas partners.

    MUST: - Nationality: Thai - Gender: Any - Age: 35–55 years old - Education: Bachelor Degree or Master Degree (any field) - English: Good command of English (speaking, listening, reading, writing) - Experience: At least 8 years in sales (logistics or freight forwarding) and sales team management - Driver License: Must have own car and driving license Advantage: - Knowledge of Japanese or Chinese language - Strong leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects - Creative, decisive, and positive attitude
