Job Description
Short summary: This position is responsible for handling Air Export shipments. The job includes making bookings, checking flight details, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with sales, shipping team, customers, and agents. The candidate will also check customs clearance documents, prepare Hawb/Mawb and Pre-Alert, and follow shipments until delivery is completed. This role requires good coordination, responsibility, and export service experience. Key Responsibilities: - Receive job sheet and flight details from Sales - Arrange trucking and inform shipping team for Ex-Work shipments - Communicate with Sales, Customer, Shipping team, and related departments - Coordinate customs clearance documents with shipping team and customers - Prepare Hawb/Mawb and Pre-Alert for agents - Check and confirm export documents and information - Track shipment status: pick-up, customs clearance, flight loading, and delivery - Input cost and sales information into system - Issue and manage BL and related export documents - Submit SI/VGM/BL with shipping lines, and follow up until receipt of MBL - Support AMS/EU/ACI/AFR/ISF information for US/EU shipments with shipping lines/agents - Manage billing, payment to suppliers, and collection from customers/agents - Follow up with customers, shipping lines, and agents until job closing - Prepare final documents, scan, and upload into system Organizational Structure: The Customer Service – Air Export staff will report directly to the Customer Service Supervisor or Export Manager. This position works closely with the Sales team, Documentation team, and Shipping team. The role is also the key contact point between customers, airlines, trucking companies, and overseas agents. The candidate must ensure smooth operation, correct documents, and on-time shipment handling.

MUST: - Nationality: Thai - Gender: Male or Female - Age: 25–40 years - Education: Bachelor Degree (any field) - English skill: Upper intermediate - Experiences: Minimum 3 years in Air Export customer service Advantage: - Experience in both Sea and Air Export - Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and airline systems - Good coordination and document control skills
