  Short summary: The SPI/AOI Leader will be responsible for programming and controlling SPI/AOI machines, mainly Omron and Kohyoung. This role includes problem analysis, debugging, and ensuring machine performance meets production quality standards. The candidate will also handle pass rate control, preventive maintenance, and reduce machine downtime. This position is important to keep smooth production and high-quality output in electronics manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: - Write and debug SPI and AOI programs (Omron, Kohyoung, CKD). - Analyze and solve machine problems and NG causes. - Control pass rate of AOI/SPI machines. - Perform preventive maintenance (PM) for machines. - Monitor and reduce machine downtime. Organizational Structure: The SPI/AOI Leader will report directly to the Production Supervisor or Production Manager. The role will work closely with production operators, quality assurance staff, and engineering team to ensure smooth inspection processes. Teamwork and good communication are important, as the position acts as a bridge between machine operation and quality control.
