  Short summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the domestic and export sales team. This role requires building strong customer relationships, developing sales and marketing plans, setting targets, and monitoring results. The Sales Manager will support the Managing Director in achieving business goals and ensuring smooth cooperation with other departments. This position also requires visiting major clients, both in Thailand and abroad, and participating in exhibitions to promote company products. Key Responsibilities: - Plan yearly marketing and sales strategy with MD. - Set sales targets for the team and monitor results. - Manage and support a sales team of 30 people. - Visit major customers (domestic and export). - Maintain relationships with existing clients and find new markets. - Review and approve sales prices for big customers. - Handle customer complaints and coordinate with related departments. - Lead projects for new premium orders. - Prepare monthly sales reports for MD. - Join exhibitions in Thailand and abroad. Organizational Structure: The Sales Manager reports directly to the Managing Director (MD). The manager will lead a sales team of around 30 staff, including both domestic and export sales representatives. The role requires close cooperation with the production department for daily order handling, pricing, and delivery follow-up. This position acts as the main contact for large customers and plays a key role in connecting management with the sales team.
