Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell Kitting Box and project products - Collect customer requirements and pass to sales team - Handle customer complaints and service requests - Plan and implement marketing strategies to expand business channels - Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management - Work closely with customers to build long-term relationships Organizational Structure: The Sales & Marketing Executive will work under the Sales & Marketing Department. The role reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager. The team works closely with the Project and Procurement departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Collaboration between sales staff and technical teams is key to deliver complete solutions and meet company targets.
