  Short summary: The Business and Data Analyst will manage and analyze company data to support decision making. This role includes preparing management reports, sales analysis, and company annual planning. The analyst will work with different departments to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. The position also involves arranging management meetings, supporting ISO systems, and improving internal processes. Strong skills in Excel, databases, and reporting tools are important. Key Responsibilities: - Control data of profit center and prepare management reports - Maintain confidentiality of reports (hard copy and soft copy) - Prepare company’s annual plan and weekly/monthly sales reports - Collect and analyze customer and product data - Arrange management, strategy, and sales meetings - Support process improvement and self-development - Cooperate with ISO systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO17025) Organizational Structure: The Business and Data Analyst will report directly to the management team. This role will work closely with sales, planning, and administration departments. The analyst will be the key contact for preparing reports and data analysis for top management meetings. Collaboration with different departments is important for ensuring accuracy of information and smooth communication.
