• Job Description

  We are looking for a QC Manager to lead and develop the Quality Control team at our Chonburi factory. This role is responsible for managing the Quality Management System under ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 standards. The manager will supervise around 10 staff members, improve inspection processes, and ensure quality assurance for new product launches. This position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and Japanese language skills to communicate with management and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain QMS (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949) - Lead, train, and supervise QC team (10 members) - Supervise inspection tools (projectors, IM, etc.) - Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions - Handle customer complaints and prepare technical reports - Ensure quality assurance for new products (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, IMDS) - Prepare and manage quality audits (internal, customer, third-party) - Promote continuous improvement in environmental management
