  Short summary: As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate engineering and construction projects in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries. The role covers all project stages, from tendering and cost estimation, to design, procurement, and construction. You will manage budgets, schedules, and materials, while ensuring smooth communication with clients and teams. This position requires strong technical skills, leadership ability, and good English communication. The main work location is Rayong. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare budgets and project proposals - Lead kick-off meetings and take project briefings - Manage projects from tendering to completion - Estimate project costs and prepare quotations - Request and monitor materials for projects - Track project schedule and progress - Ensure safety and quality in all project activities Organizational Structure: The Project Manager reports directly to the Project Director. You will manage project engineers and site supervisors, coordinating with procurement, design, and construction teams. The role also involves regular reporting to clients and close collaboration with subcontractors. The position requires both leadership and teamwork to ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, and on schedule.
