  Short summary: The Sales Supervisor / Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting sales activities with major automotive customers. The role involves handling APQP follow-ups, packaging approval processes, customer communication, and reporting. This position also manages internal sales documentation, ERP order control, and supports price negotiations. Strong Japanese and English communication skills are required to work with both customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Support APQP follow-ups with Senior Executive - Support internal kick-off meetings and drawing control - Provide advice for system process audits - Support order information, delivery control, and packaging approval process - Manage stock control with external companies (e.g., Volvo) - Support management with price information and customer meetings - Communicate customer requests internally and follow up - Prepare and analyze customer satisfaction surveys (twice per year) - Issue monthly sales amount documents - Control design change schedules and process change requests - Submit VA/VE proposals and follow up for approval - Report quality problems to customers and coordinate with internal teams - Monitor customer scorecards and report to factory - Control ERP order/forecast and actual order quantities - Attend ISO/IATF training and prepare documents - Evaluate environmental aspects related to Sales Dept. - Other duties as assigned Organizational Structure: This position belongs to the Sales Department at the Bangkok office. The role reports to the Sales Manager and supports Senior Executives and other sales staff. The team works closely with customers, factory, and Japanese management to ensure smooth coordination between customer requirements and company production.
