  Short summary: We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support our growing business in Rayong. The main role is to maintain existing customers, develop new customers, and achieve sales targets. This position requires visiting clients, preparing proposals and quotations, and providing technical support. You will also survey the market, report to the Manager, and cooperate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The job is suitable for candidates who are active, communicative, and have an engineering background. Key Responsibilities: - Handle sales and marketing process to get orders - Maintain and expand customer base - Plan and schedule customer visits - Present company products and services to customers - Prepare proposals and quotations - Build and maintain good customer relationships - Survey market and report to Manager - Follow up project progress and sales target - Understand and respond to customer requirements - Troubleshoot and cooperate with delivery team - Implement and maintain QMS & EMS Organizational Structure: The Sales Engineer will report directly to the Sales Manager. You will work in a sales team together with other engineers and coordinators. The position also requires coordination with the delivery team, customer service, and Japanese management. You will have support from experienced staff, but are also expected to work independently when visiting customers or negotiating with clients.
