Job Description
We are looking for a GA Assistant Manager with a strong focus on Human Resources. You will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, employee support, and office management. The position requires someone who can work independently, think analytically, and support the company’s HR and administrative needs while ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment process: job posts, screening, interviews, onboarding - Create and update HR systems, regulations, and handbooks - Handle payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations - Advise department managers on HR matters - Ensure labor law compliance and coordinate with government offices - Plan employee engagement and workplace improvement initiatives - Support accounting processes - Manage office equipment, supplies, and facilities

Requirement
MUST: - Any gender, 30-39 years old - Education: Bachelor Degree (any field) - Business-level in English - Experiences: Experience in HR, recruitment, payroll, or general affairs (at least 5 years) Advantage: - Experience in HR planning, evaluations, and compensation - Knowledge of Thai labor laws - Experience improving employee engagement or reducing turnover
