Job Description

We are looking for a Senior MEP Engineer to lead the design review and installation coordination of electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation systems in our IoT-based facility projects. You will work closely with external contractors, internal engineers, and the project team to ensure smooth implementation of smart energy systems. This role is essential for delivering technical excellence in Thailand and the ASEAN region. Key Responsibilities: - Review and coordinate MEP drawings (Electrical, HVAC, Instrumentation) - Support design planning and on-site implementation - Supervise external contractors during installation work - Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations - Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams - Prepare quantity take-offs, progress reports, and technical documentation - Attend site meetings, inspections, and handover processes - Support project scheduling and quality assurance

Requirement

MUST: - Age: 27–40, Any gender - Education: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field - English: Able to internal communicate - 2+ years in MEP design or construction projects - Experience with electrical and HVAC systems in building projects - Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools Advantage: - Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems - Thai Engineering License (กว.) is a plus - Has driving licence
