• Job Description

  Short summary: This position is responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s quality management systems such as IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO45001. The System Engineer will coordinate internal and external audits, prepare related documents, and support internal departments in audit follow-ups. Strong Chinese communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and improve IATF16949 and assist with ISO14001/ISO45001 systems - Organize internal quality audits and coordinate with external auditors - Prepare and review documents for customer audits - Track and report improvements for non-conformities - Organize and conduct VDA6.3 and VDA6.5 internal audits - Manage quality documentation system - Support tasks assigned by management Organizational Structure: - You will be part of the Quality System Department and report to the Quality Manager. You will work closely with cross-functional departments such as Production, Engineering, and HR to ensure audit readiness and compliance. The company has a structured team with experienced colleagues in both Thai and Chinese operations. Communication in Chinese is required for daily reporting and audit coordination.
