  Short summary: - This position is As a Project Leader, you will manage an internal engineering team and coordinate project progress. You will be responsible for giving technical direction, supporting team development, and ensuring timely project delivery. - A Project Leader is manages multiple projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, timeline tracking, and inter-departmental collaboration. They lead root cause analysis, implement improvements, and ensure successful project delivery by coordinating with various teams. This role often involves transferring design features to engineering teams, resolving technical concerns, and supporting new model development and mass production. Key Responsibilities: - Lead internal engineering team(s) - Communicate with Japanese engineering team - Guide team members for each assigned task - Monitor project status and progress - Support staff training and development Project Management: - Manage project workflow, budget, timeline, and inter-departmental collaboration. Technical Expertise: - Understand product functionality, analyze technical concerns, and support design and change point investigations. Problem-Solving: - Lead root cause analysis, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and apply strategic decision-making. Communication & Coordination: - Coordinate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth project progression and successful launch. Resource Management: - Forecast and allocate resources, monitor their efficient use, and make adjustments as needed. New Model Development: - Participate in new model project activities, present project status at evaluations, and support trial event testing. Purchasing Management: - Oversee end-to-end purchasing for new model projects, from kickoff to mass production. Cost Reduction: - Support the Cost Reduction Team with technical concerns. Organizational Structure: - You will report to Thailand management and collaborate closely with engineers from Japan. Your role will focus on internal team leadership and project progress control, working from the Bangkok head office.
