  Short Summary: - The Japanese Interpreter will support communication between Japanese management or staff and Thai employees in the factory. This role is very important for smooth daily operations, especially in meetings and on the production line. The interpreter will help reduce misunderstandings and support accurate communication related to work processes, quality issues, and improvement activities. In addition to interpretation, the position also requires document translation between Thai and Japanese. These documents include work instructions, troubleshooting reports, defect reports, and Kaizen documents. The candidate should understand factory operations and be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. This position suits someone with strong Japanese language skills and experience in production line interpretation. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret Thai–Japanese and Japanese–Thai in meetings - Interpret communication on the production line - Support daily communication between Japanese staff and Thai workers - Translate documents such as WI, troubleshooting reports, defect reports, and Kaizen documents - Support smooth operation and understanding in factory activities Organizational Structure: - The Japanese Interpreter will work closely with Japanese managers and engineers at the factory. The position is part of the production or operations support team. The interpreter will communicate with Thai production staff, supervisors, and engineers on a daily basis. The direct supervisor is usually a Japanese Manager or Japanese Production Manager. The interpreter may support several departments depending on daily needs, especially production, quality control, and engineering teams. Team size may vary, but the interpreter plays a key role as a communication bridge between Japanese and Thai staff to ensure correct understanding, safety, and quality in daily operations.
