  Short summary: This position is responsible for leading sales, engineering, and project management for water and wastewater treatment systems. The Deputy Director will develop business strategies, lead teams, and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. The role covers both Thailand and overseas projects, requiring strong leadership, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead sales and marketing in Thailand and overseas projects - Set sales targets, create strategies, and manage the sales/engineering team - Identify new business opportunities and expand market share - Supervise engineering team for water and wastewater treatment plant projects - Provide technical support and customer coordination - Oversee EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) activities and project execution - Monitor construction progress and ensure timely delivery - Ensure profitability and negotiate with customers - Handle customer complaints and maintain retention programs - Promote process improvement and apply ISO9001 system - Support post-sales activities and ensure customer satisfaction Organizational Structure: The Deputy Director reports directly to top management and manages both sales and engineering teams. The role works closely with project managers, engineers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution. Coordination with international teams and customers is also required. The position plays a key role in bridging technical and commercial operations, ensuring profitability and long-term customer relationships.
