  Short summary: This position focuses on business analysis and IT consulting for Japanese-speaking clients. You will plan IT solutions based on customer needs, support digital transformation (DX) activities, and provide analysis using tools like Power BI. The ideal candidate is fluent in Japanese, has strong experience in business operations, and can work as a consultant and system planner. Key Responsibilities: - Plan IT solutions based on customer business needs - Support DX projects through business and system analysis - Use BI tools like Power BI to visualize and report business performance - Design business operations and guide system development - Analyze sales and company data for reporting purposes - Communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and teams - Use MS Excel, VBA, and Macros to support data tasks - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Organizational Structure: You will work in the Consulting or Business Planning team under the IT Solutions Division. The team includes consultants, analysts, and project managers. You will report to a Japanese or Thai Manager and work closely with clients (mainly Japanese companies) to support their business growth and digital initiatives.
