  Short summary: - This position is responsible for both System Analyst (SA) and Business Analyst (BA) tasks in application development projects. You will gather requirements, design solutions, support vendors, and ensure smooth delivery of applications. The role requires communication with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure high-quality project outcomes. Candidates should have hands-on experience in system analysis, application development, and basic understanding of modern architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements through interviews and workshops - Analyze, document, and review system requirements and test documents - Support UI/UX, API, backend, and database design - Communicate with vendors and assist in testing and delivery - Provide technical solutions and incident analysis - Manage issue escalation and problem resolution - Control vendor quality and delivery timelines - Collaborate with team members and external clients effectively Organizational Structure: - You will join the Application Development team and report to a Project Leader or Manager. The team includes SA, developers, QA, and project coordinators. You will work closely with customers, in-house engineers, and vendors. The role is dynamic and often involves cross-functional collaboration across departments and external partners.
