  Short summary: -This position is responsible for providing pre-sales technical support focused on Azure and network systems. You will work with sales and engineering teams to design IT solutions, prepare proposals, and present to customers. This role involves technical consulting, vendor coordination, and problem-solving from the beginning to the end of each project. Key Responsibilities: - Collect project requirements and consult with customers - Design technical solutions and architecture - Prepare BoM (Bill of Materials) and estimate project costs - Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers - Create and present proposals and technical presentations - Track project progress and proactively resolve issues - Solve technical and process-related problems during project lifecycle - Provide professional technical support to customers Organizational Structure: - You will be part of the Solution Architecture or Pre-Sales Engineering team and report directly to the Pre-Sales Manager. The team collaborates closely with Sales, Project Management, and Implementation Engineers.
