  Short summary: We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to handle all accounting and finance tasks for our factory. You will plan and control general accounting, cost accounting, and tax management. You will also prepare financial reports and support management decision-making. This is a good opportunity to grow your career in an international manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and monitor general accounting tasks - Plan and monitor cost accounting and inventory accounting - Tax planning and submission to maximize benefits for the company - Review accounting data and reports - Handle financial closing and prepare annual reports - Present financial data to management for decision-making - Supervise accounting team (15 subordinates) - Communicate with government offices and related organizations - Other tasks as assigned by management Organizational Structure: You will report to the General Manager. You will manage a team of around 15 staff in the Accounting and Finance Department. The company uses SAP and Kintone for operations. You will work closely with other departments and the head office in Japan when necessary.
