  Job Description 　- Short summary: The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the overall Accounting and Financial Department. This includes financial reporting, audits, taxation, and cash flow management. The manager will lead a team of 3 subordinates and work closely with top management to support business targets and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Accounting & Financial Department and report to top management - Set and achieve Department KPI and Employee KPI - Monitor and achieve financial objectives - Handle Internal, Third Party, Customer, and Supplier Audits - Manage all financial operations and company cash flow - Control budget and expenses - Lead cost reduction and supplier negotiations - Review all received and payment vouchers - Monthly and Quarterly profit closing - Consolidate financial packages - Liaise with external and Sox auditors - Conduct internal audit for fixed assets - Handle taxation with Revenue Department - Forecast profit and report financial BS & PL - Lead improvement activities and presentations - Follow company policies and support activities - Train subordinates to improve skills - Ensure employees follow company rules and take disciplinary actions if necessary - Promote 5S and ISO Management in the department 　- Organizational Structure: The Accounting Manager reports directly to Top Management and manages a small team of 3 subordinates. This role works closely with other departments, external auditors, and government authorities to ensure smooth financial operations and legal compliance.
