• Job Description

  The QE/QC Supervisor will manage the quality control activities for electronic products. The role includes supervising a small team, communicating with customers about quality issues, and ensuring smooth handling of claims and reporting. Candidates should have experience with PCBA processes and be able to read PCB drawings. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor new model progress and hold internal meetings. - Contact customers regarding quality problems and solutions. - Handle customer claims and provide corrective/preventive actions. - Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports. - Supervise a team of about 10 staff in the quality department. Organizational Structure: This position reports directly to the Quality Manager. The QE/QC Supervisor will lead a team of around 10 quality staff. The department works closely with production and engineering teams to maintain product standards and customer satisfaction.
