    Short summary: The Operation & Administration Manager will oversee company administration, governance, and strategic planning. This role involves managing director and shareholder meetings, preparing reports, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting the president with secretarial work. The manager will also supervise budgeting, corporate communication, and public relations activities. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to ensure smooth business operations and long-term company success. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain director and shareholder registration lists. - Organize director and shareholder meetings, reports, and annual reports. - Ensure all meetings and company activities comply with laws and company regulations. - Report company transactions related to directors and executives. - Manage legal section and ensure compliance with regulations. - Handle public relations, shareholder communication, and CSR activities. - Support the president with daily administration and secretarial work. - Manage budgeting with Finance Department. - Liaise with Internal Audit to ensure efficient processes. - Prepare strategic planning and monitor company goals. Organizational Structure: The Operation & Administration Manager will report directly to the President. This role works closely with the Board of Directors, Finance Department, Legal Section, and Internal Audit team. The manager will also coordinate with external stakeholders, including shareholders and regulatory bodies. Leadership and teamwork are important, as this position is central to supporting both top management and daily operations. ## For this position has 30 subordinates the department that handle such as Admin, QMS, IT, GA, Compliance, Lab ##

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    MUST: - Nationality: Thai - Gender: Female - Age: 38-50 years old - Education: Bachelor Degree (any field) and Master Degree in Finance, Economics, or MBA - English skill: Good communication in Thai and English - Experiences: At least 10 years in business administration and management - Experience in public limited company (advantage) - Skills: Leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving, strategic planning, communication - Travel: Able to travel in Thailand and abroad if required Advantage: - Experience in legal compliance with Thai laws (Civil and Commercial Code, Public Limited Company Act) - Experience in public relations and CSR projects
