Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and expand our client base in Thailand. You will manage local sales staff and develop strong relationships with Thai managers of Japanese companies. Your role will include both hands-on sales activities and team management to achieve company goals. Key Responsibilities: - Visit and contact potential clients (mainly Japanese companies) - Present software products and propose solutions - Follow up with clients and coordinate implementation with support team - Lead and manage the Thai sales team (about 5 staff) - Set targets and support team members to reach goals - Improve team performance and report to MD - Collaborate with customer support teams

Requirement
MUST: - Any gender, 30-39 years old - Bachelor Degree (any field) - 3+ years of B2B sales experience in IT or software industry - Experience with client development for SMB (small company) market - Experience in managing a sales team as a playing manager or supervisor BETTER: - Experience in Japanese company - Japanese language skill is a plus
